Some of the planned di­verse neigh­bour­hoods are: The Es­tates, a lim­ited num­ber of larger sites on which to build your dream chalet; Owl’s Nest Cab­ins, a com­mu­nity of smaller cab­ins in the woods; pro­vi­sion for B&B style ac­com­mo­da­tions; and a yurt colony.

The first prop­er­ties on of­fer are The Es­tates, a truly ex­cep­tional neigh­bour­hood with 16 large build­ing sites, fully-ser­viced to the prop­erty line, pro­vid­ing an ex­clu­sive op­por­tu­nity for own­ers to build their own cus­tom home and the only sites zoned to in­clude op­tional sec­ondary ac­com­mo­da­tion. Build­ing on sev­eral sites is com­menc­ing in spring 2014. Only a few sites re­main avail­able for sale.

Prop­erty de­vel­op­ment will be ex­pand­ing strate­gi­cally and as our sea­sonal con­di­tions al­low. Own­er­ship and dwelling type will vary, pro­vid­ing flex­i­bil­ity for own­ers.
